1. Booking will be confirmed after paying an advance of 30% of your total billing amount.

⚡ RESCHEDULING POLICY

You can only reschedule your booking within the next six months from your cancellation date. The advance paid by you will be adjusted as follows:

⭐ 1 month before: The full advance amount paid by you will be adjusted with the new rescheduled date.

⭐ 15 days before: 50% of the total amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be adjusted with the new rescheduled date.

⭐ 7 days before: 70% of the total amount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be adjusted with the new rescheduled date.

⭐ Within 7 days: No amount will be adjusted and no rescheduling will be possible.

3. 🏠 In case of any unavoidable situation, such as a lockdown or any situation where we are required to close our homestay, there will be no refund. You can only reschedule your booking.

4. ❌ If your trip is cancelled within 7 days before the booking date, there will be no possibility of rescheduling or financial refund.

5. 🍽️ If the guest does not want lunch and wishes to receive a tariff discount instead, please inform us by 9 PM on the previous day. In that case, Rs 100 per person will be deducted from the original tariff.

This rule is applicable only for normal tariff and not during any offer period.

6. 🍴 If you need to make any major changes to the food menu, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

🙏 For special spiritual reasons, we do not serve mutton.

7. 📅 Rescheduling will be done subject to our availability.
